Heat Stretched Dyneema SK75 from Hampidjan. As of 2023 this is the best braided product for standing rigging. It heat sets the best and most dense, which means less constructional elongation. The newer Chemistries, SK90 and SK99 are heat stretched at the fiber level so they do not heat set as well at the braided line level. This translates into length elongation under tension over time. Our 11 mm and larger sizes are a 2 x 12 construction which also helps the heat stretching process and minimizes elongation issues. Safe Working Load & Breaking Strength (in ft-lbs). For standing rigging this should be sized by elastic stretch equivalence to the wire or rod it it replacing. See the stretch chart.
